| Dr. Shaista Md. Mumtaz Khan is associated with Datta Meghe Institute of Management Studies and Research (DAIMSR)since 2026 as an Assistant Professor and has over 14 years of rich experience in academia, research, training, and HR management. She has worked in various academic and administrative roles across reputed institutions in Nagpur and Chandrapur and has also gained industry exposure as an HR Generalist with MKB Group.
She has completed her MBA in Finance and HR from RashtrasantTukadojiMaharaj Nagpur University, along with a Master of Computer Management (MCM), and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Finance. Her academic and research interests include Financial Management, Business Analytics, Big Data Technologies, Organizational Behavior, Financial Inclusion, and AI-driven Financial Fraud Detection.
She has participated in and completed several certifications and training programs in Big Data Analytics, Qualitative Research Methods, Financial Modeling, and Digital Transformation. Her technical expertise includes R, Python, SQL, Hadoop, Tableau, Power BI, and statistical analysis tools.
Apart from academics and research, she has been actively involved in student development activities, CSR initiatives, placement coordination, and professional mentoring, consistently working toward enhancing industry readiness and holistic learning among students.
