Activities such as Language lab, courses such as Soft Skills, and Personality Development inculcate leadership, communication, time management and other professional qualities in the students. University prescribed courses are offered which also impart domain specific professional ethics, Entrepreneurship Development, managerial skills etc. Internships and project works are integral part of the curricula which foster professional ethics among the students.
Students are sensitized about the human values through guest lectures on human values, ethics and societal issues. The guest lectures emphasis on human values such as Human Rights, Philosophy of Human Rights, Press Laws, Media Ethics and Human Rights, Sensitization to Social Issues, Community Sensitization, Social Work with Differently Abled. Institute is also associated with Sangya Sawrdhan an organization working for differently abled children. Insitute purchases various products from Sangya Sawardhan and sells in market through students. Also buys bouquet from the same institute.
