Career Guidance at DAIMSR helps the students to select the right career path according to their choice and interest. DAIMSR career counselling cell is working towards organizing personal sessions for students which help students to get proper guidance and they are able to evaluate their inner abilities, interests, talents and personality traits to develop and achieve realistic academic, professional and career goals.

Career Counselling is essential for MBA students and aims to perform the following functions:

• Career planning by raising awareness of career interests, aspirations and potential.
• Performance management by diagnosing the underlying causes of under-performance in studies, extra-curricular activities, etc.
• Career transition by clarifying an individual’s strengths, areas for development, and personal goals.

Interested students can fill out the counselling registration google form. The Counselling Cell provides individual (one-on-one) career counselling session. Registration can be done through google form link and registered students are informed regarding their designated counselling time through email.
