| Dr. Dipesh Uike is associated with DAIMSR since last 14 years. He has worked for a year as software developer in Oracle, Mumbai. He has completed B.E, MBA, M.A (Clinical Psychology) and then Ph. D. Besides this, he has cleared NET (National Eligibility Test). His Ph.D. topic is “Impact of customer relationship management (CRM) on software product development, performance and customer satisfaction of information technology (IT) companies in Nagpur region, 2006 - 2009”. He has been delivering guest lecturers in many corporates like WCL, Power Grid and Vanamati. He has made fundamental contributions in the areas of ED, Psychology and IT. He is handling the portfolio of Students’ research and mentoring record. He is also the faculty Incharge for PROPEL (Promotion of Research Outcomes by Practice and Enhancement of Learning) under which a one week SPSS workshop was conducted successfully by him. He has been associated with various forums like MSME, VIA, VMA. He has published many articles in leading newspapers like The Hitavada and The Times of India.
