| Dr. Monika Jain is associated with DAIMSR since last 18 years. Because of her leadership and motivational qualities, she is serving the institute as a Head of Department BCCA since last 15 years. She is IQAC and NAAC coordinator for WEST Campus, DAISMR. She has also worked for two years as faculty for Computer Programming Languages in NIIT, Nagpur Centre and Chester Institute. She has completed M.Sc.(Chem), MCM, MBA and Ph. D. She has cleared NET (National Eligibility Test) in Management. Her Ph.D. topic is “Evaluation of SEO Implementation and its Impact on top line of Nagpur Based Real Estate Companies”.She is Vice-President Delhi State Rural Development Council, WICCI (Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce Industry), Joint Secretory UWAN (University Women’s Association, Nagpur), Secretory of JATAN Sanstha (NGO), Nagpur,Member of PEACE (Professional Ethics And Continuing Education), Nagpur and Lions’ Club, Zero Mile,and Management Board member at RastrasantTukadojiMaharaj Nagpur University, Nagpur. She has made fundamental contributions in the areas of IT and HR. She has also worked as a translator for NPTEL course “Introduction to Parallel programming in OpenMP”. She has beenselected for UGC STRIDE component I program Conducted by Devi Ahilya Bai University Indore, Madhya Pradesh. Her inclination towards social work has made her undertake various Institutional social responsibilityand Extension activities. She is actively involved in building Industrial Relations.She has published many papers in various National and International conferences, ABDC, Scopus and UGC listed Journals. | ||||||
