| Dr. Ruchi Chaudhary teaches HRM, OB, psychology, and personality enhancement at DAIMSR in Nagpur. She has been a faculty for more than 12 years. She is an Image Consultant, Trainer, and Communicator. Her area of expertise is human Resource Management, and she holds an MBA. She received her PhD in HRM from RTMNU title Challenges of Employee Retention in Retail Sector with respect to Maharashtra. She holds a diploma in fashion design. She has completed accredited courses in Communication Skills, Knowledge Dissemination, and Instructional Planning and Delivery via the Ministry of Education of the Government of India. She coordinates multiple operations and manages a portfolio of Media Relations& Publicity. She has given papers at numerous seminars and conferences at the national and international levels.She has been invited to lead workshops on enhancing personality, FDPs for faculty, and corporate training by RTMNUs DBM, Dr. PDKVs Akola Universitys Agri Business Management, RTI, WCL, VIA,C.P & Berar DBM, Tirpude Institute of Management Education, and Tuli College of Hotel Management. She has been among panellist, judge, and jury for presentations, debate competitions, personality contests, and the HR Round Table Conference. She worked for social causes and was a member of the Nagpur Rotary Club. She exhorts the pupils to create posters and submit them to The HITVADA for publication. She received a Best Teacher Award from the NIT Graduate School of Management in 2013–14, and she received a second Best Guru Award in 2022 IARDO. | ||||||
